Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead execution across Tasks 1–8 of the Department of Defense program work statement.
• Oversee delivery of the Program Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, monthly reports, Kick-Off Plan, and Transition Plan.
• Act as the single point of contact for GSA, MC&FP stakeholders, the Contracting Officer, and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Track and forecast finances, program status, staffing, risks, and performance metrics.
• Conduct kick-off, technical status, and transition meetings.
• Manage subcontractor performance and government communications where applicable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience supporting Department of Defense IT or cybersecurity efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Management; eight additional years of experience may substitute.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management Level II/III.
• Strong understanding of FAR Part 8.4 task orders, risk management, and government reporting.
• Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required at the start of employment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline.
• Experience leading GSA AAS or FEDSIM projects.
