Sr. Workday Analyst, HRIS – Payroll & Time Tracking (Workday)

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 US annually

What you will do

• Manage Workday system administration for Payroll and Time Tracking, including research, design, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
• Document current and future technology specifications and maintain configuration documentation.
• Prepare large data sets and perform system uploads supporting organizational and employee compensation changes.
• Maintain measurement mechanisms, analyze HR Operations data, and recommend improvements to management.
• Support tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, reporting, and analytics across Workday.
• Partner with global HR Operations, HR IT, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams while improving processes, dashboards, data structures, and end-user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or another analytical field.
• 5+ years of HRIS or HR Operations experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking experience.
• Strong understanding of Time Tracking and Payroll, with working knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting, or related Workday modules.
• Experience with business process development, implementation, process improvement, EIB mass loads, complex data, reporting, auditing, and project planning.
• Ability to communicate clear recommendations to audiences at all levels.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro or Workday certifications.
• Prior experience with Workday system implementation.
