Workday Solution Architect (Workday)

Location: United States — Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Southfield, Kansas City, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or Milwaukee. Travel of up to 40% is expected.

What you will do

• Support full life cycle Workday implementations across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, and future-state processes.
• Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Design process scenarios, flow maps, prototypes, support procedures, and user adoption materials.
• Conduct end-user training and collaborate with clients to align solutions with business objectives.
• Meet targeted billing-hour utilization and support complex, time-sensitive projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients nationally.
• At least 4 full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday modules and experience installing, configuring, and implementing Workday applications.
• Experience with application integration and backend data connectivity, software development lifecycles, metrics, and reports.
• Industry-recognized professional certification, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to conduct meetings and write technical documents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Additional exposure or training on Workday applications.
