Buyer Analyst - Indirect (Procurement)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Manage dates on open purchase orders and monitor vendor performance to support timely delivery.
• Drive vendor development activities and maintain accurate purchase order data and team metrics.
• Partner with internal collaborators across multiple business functions.
• Own indirect spend categories with a strategic, non-transactional approach.
• Improve procurement processes and support system and process implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field highly preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build positive internal relationships.
• Strong communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Adaptability and comfort with changing processes, priorities, systems, and tools.
