What you will do

• Support purchase requests and purchase order processes in the Coupa Procurement platform.
• Implement and maintain supplier catalogues and execute requisitions through supplier transmission.
• Maintain procurement best-practice documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other teams to analyze purchasing requirements.
• Support procurement process improvements, system enhancements, KPI reporting, and dashboard updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• 1+ year of hands-on Coupa Procurement experience, including catalogue implementation and management.
• Experience providing white-glove or concierge-level procurement support.
• Experience managing requisition-to-PO processes accurately and efficiently.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Finance and Accounting teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
• Experience in the technology industry.
