Procurement Specialist

Location: Virtual Office

Estimated annual salary range: $39,100.00–$66,500.00, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Convert customer requisitions into purchase orders.
• Place orders through EDI, fax, email, and verbal channels.
• Confirm purchase orders and record them in the ERP system according to client service-level agreements.
• Maintain the order tracking tool and document rush or overnight orders within the required timeframe.
• Review non-file requisition items for Item Master numbers and escalate contract or availability issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A relevant degree is preferred.
• Medical procurement and ERP experience are preferred.
