Plasma Trainer 1st Shift

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Lead onboarding sessions covering GMP, GDP, safety, cleanroom practices, equipment operation, documentation standards, and production processes.
• Provide hands-on instruction and guide associates through structured learning until proficiency is demonstrated.
• Maintain training records and manage the cross-training matrix to track team skill levels.
• Coordinate training and re-certifications with supervisors and quality.
• Coach and mentor GMP Associates I and II while adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and operations to update training materials and support lean, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform hands-on training, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and wear cleanroom attire for prolonged periods.
