Production Trainer (Lamination)

Location: Vonore, Tennessee, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $25.90–$28.43 per hour

What you will do

• Lead lamination training for main lamination, cruiser lamination, and small-parts lamination teams.
• Onboard, teach, coach, and develop new employees in safety, quality, housekeeping, and job performance.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom training on materials, application techniques, tools, equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Teach lamination quality standards, best practices, safe material handling, cleanup, and chemical safety.
• Track trainee progress, maintain training records, and report outcomes using Excel and other digital tools.
• Create and update presentations, SOPs, and digital training materials, and participate in 90-day evaluations and vendor audits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of lamination or manufacturing training experience.
• Strong knowledge of skin, bulk, finish, and bracing processes, lamination materials, application techniques, equipment setup, calibration, and quality standards.
• Strong teaching, coaching, development, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer-based tools.
• Ability to work extended hours, multitask, remain organized, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to wear required PPE and perform physical duties including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing.
