Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (SPRINGFIELD, MO)

Location: Fully on-site in Springfield, Missouri, United States

Starting pay: $33.23–$36.92 per hour

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production equipment.
• Work with electrical, electronic, robotic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex equipment problems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment maintenance plans.
• Train and develop maintenance and production employees.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Three years of industrial manufacturing technician experience, or a technical engineering-related degree such as mechatronics, industrial electronics, or robotics and automation.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and related production equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Two-year technical degree or diploma in a maintenance field, completed or pursued within the last six months.
• Experience with PLCs, inkjet printers, extrusion equipment, ovens, hydraulic presses, drive controls, and HMI systems.
• Experience repairing automated machinery and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical preventive maintenance, electrical code, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and lubrication.
