Annuity Wholesaler & Field Trainer (Life Insurance & Annuities)

Location: Dallas, TX; full-time, on-site with 50% travel to agency sites

What you will do

• Conduct daily sales activities, including calls, case design, product consultations, and sales-strategy support.
• Drive agent accountability and production through field engagement and relationship building.
• Conduct up to six live office visits per month and travel to agency sites for training and field support.
• Advise agents on product selection, illustrations, annuity education, and product positioning.
• Deliver weekly live and virtual training focused on annuity products and effective sales strategies.
• Maintain carrier wholesaler relationships and collaborate with internal departments and case managers.

Requirements

• Strong sales background required.
• Strong communication skills and technical expertise.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX and travel approximately 50%.
• Ability to maintain CRM tracking, activity reporting, and pipeline accountability.
