Internal Wholesaler - Life, Annuities & Investments

Location: Hybrid work environment at the Bloomington, Illinois campus, United States

Base pay: $78,800–$108,350 per year, plus eligibility for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide life insurance, annuity, and investment product expertise to financial representatives, Home Office teams, and field partners.
• Offer centralized support, product guidance, case consultation, and referrals to relevant field support partners.
• Help representatives navigate complex client situations, identify opportunities, and position financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Agency Training, Marketing, field, and Home Office teams to develop and support product launches and related initiatives.
• Prepare cases using industry and competitive insights, and align wholesaling efforts with local needs and capacity.
• Track wholesaling activities in CRM, spreadsheets, Teams, and other systems while supporting reporting, research, presentations, and internal processes.

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required.
• Series 6 and Series 63, or equivalent, required.
• Life and Health insurance license required, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Typically, four or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Ability to work in the stated hybrid arrangement at the Bloomington campus.
