Automation Developer (AI)

Location: Remote from the United States, working EST hours; role associated with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Identify, design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and support automation solutions.
• Analyze and refine business processes, select appropriate technologies, and implement automation using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and integrate web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Monitor deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement ongoing performance improvements.
• Advise stakeholders on automation opportunities and collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Manage multiple automation projects, from quick wins to long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing and deploying solutions with several of .NET, C#, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, and HTML.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills, including REST API development and integration and microservices.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger.
• Knowledge of secure authentication protocols and tools, including Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA.
• Experience with application and audit logging, unit testing, MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, automation and BPM platforms, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Prior experience with AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, ML, NLP, or OCR.
