Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.
• Build features, MVPs, scalable applications, and internal tools that improve customer outcomes.
• Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Prioritize multiple customer projects and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence, ownership, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
