Python Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, limited to candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test server features and robust APIs.
• Develop scalable, high-performance backend infrastructure for AI, NLP, and data-intensive software environments.
• Build fullstack solutions using Python, React, and open-source frameworks including Django, Flask, Eve, and FastAPI.
• Integrate applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Evaluate alternative technologies and approaches to solve engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and Django, Flask, Eve, or FastAPI.
• Deep expertise in Linux and hosted cloud environments such as Heroku, AWS, or App Engine.
• Practical experience with open-source technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and RESTful, OAuth, and JSON integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-direction, motivation, and work ethic.
