Specialty Gluer Operator (Packaging)

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California, United States; onsite production role

What you will do

• Set up, program, and fine-tune Bobst Domino gluing equipment.
• Feed die-cut carton blanks, maintain a full feeder, and keep the machine running.
• Inspect folded and glued cartons for quality, correct register, and proper bonding.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with machine repairs and maintenance.
• Stack die-cut blanks, direct crew members, and support production goals.
• Follow safety policies, GMP guidelines, communication procedures, and job-reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of operator experience in the corrugated industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no specific certification required.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving equipment and people.
• Ability to work the second shift, from 2:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., five days per week.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as business needs require.
• Teamwork, communication, mathematical skills, and ability to read a tape measure or ruler.
