Machine Assistant Operator (Flexo) - 3rd Shift

Location: Lancaster, PA, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

Starting salary: $25.53 per hour; annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Set up rails, printing, and die-cutting sections on Flexo equipment.
• Inspect dies before and after production runs and verify that cutting-die bolts are secured.
• Monitor box quality, including liner condition, warping, size, and print quality.
• Operate machinery at available capacity and speed while checking rolls for damage.
• Support the Operator, Assistant Operator, and Utility with machine duties.
• Complete production, operational status, safety, and quality reports; submit maintenance work orders and report safety or scheduling concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 6 months of experience working on a Flexo machine.
• Experience in packaging or another manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekdays and weekends, and communicate effectively within a team.
