Product Line Manager II

Location: Clinton, South Carolina, United States; office environment with approximately 15% travel required

Industrial coating solutions provider manufacturing equipment for powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container production.

What you will do

• Own product support across the full lifecycle of on-market products.
• Identify market growth and aftermarket opportunities, including opportunities within the installed base.
• Coordinate product training content, advisories, releases, and technical bulletins.
• Lead cross-functional teams executing product-line initiatives, changes, and releases.
• Manage product pricing, salability, base-price execution, and spare-parts activities in SAP and nVision initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day product contact for commercial organizations worldwide and develop value propositions and sales tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to communicate product capabilities, attributes, and value.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, business, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in highly technical, multidisciplinary settings and manage multiple projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Business or engineering background combined with strong technical expertise.
