Product Line Leader (Electrical Products)

Location: Hybrid work from the New Berlin, WI headquarters; 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Define and execute 3–5-year product and category strategies for the King Innovation and Gardner Bender portfolios.
• Own category P&L performance, including revenue, margins, pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Lead new product innovation, roadmap development, business cases, and commercialization from concept through launch.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, SKU rationalization, lifecycle management, ihirify.globalory optimization, and channel growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.
• Lead and develop Product Managers while aligning Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and matrixed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of product management or product marketing experience, preferably in electrical, construction, mechanical, industrial, or CPG sectors.
• Track record of product strategy, new product introduction, and P&L performance ownership.
• Ideally, 10+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong financial, analytical, communication, presentation, branding, positioning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hybrid from the New Berlin, WI headquarters, travel 25% of the time, and hold a valid driver’s license.
