Product Line Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product change management and control after product release, including unreleased product approvals, engineering change orders, and part change notifications.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer-shipped product configurations and bills of materials through configuration reviews, BOM controls, and non-standard request approvals.
• Own common module and component roadmaps, including obsolescence management, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with global product support, field service, engineering, quality, safety, customers, and intercompany stakeholders on changes affecting customers and product strategies.
• Facilitate alignment on pricing, spare parts, restricted orders, product roadmaps, and market proliferation.
• Manage strategic vendor issues and lead resolution of complex product lifecycle challenges.

Requirements

• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized product or technical discipline.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems using analytical judgment and innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate alignment with stakeholders.
• Based in or relocating to Santa Clara, California, United States with willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
