Salary: $86,500–$119,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop data reports and business processes to identify risks and opportunities in the spares business.
  • Manage a roadmap of continuous improvement parts with business units and supply chain.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and develop business cases for new spare-parts development.
  • Review and approve Engineering Change Orders and implement Part Change Notifications with Global Product Support.
  • Provide guidance on field-service impacts of part and supplier changes, pricing, spare-level contents, and restricted orders.
  • Implement cost-reduction roadmaps and manage strategic vendor issues involving customers and multiple organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, operations, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in product management, product line management, supply chain, semiconductor equipment, service parts, or operations.
  • Experience with semiconductor capital equipment, aftermarket service, or spare-parts businesses.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and customers.
  • Knowledge of business-case development, portfolio management, financial analysis, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting-tool skills, plus ECO review and PCN implementation experience.

Nice to have

  • Technical major in engineering, physics, or chemistry.
  • Comfort applying AI tools.
