TL;DR

Product Manager (Water Technologies): Defining product line strategy and roadmaps for sustainable water solutions with an accent on Voice of Customer (VoC) and New Product Development (NPD). Focus on bridging business strategy, user experience, and technology to drive growth and profitability.

Location: Must be based in North Andover, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term product line strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to validate user problems and adjust product priorities based on market intelligence.
  • Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.
  • Manage product line profitability, tracking KPIs and ensuring adherence to base cost targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing in a matrix organization.
  • Create training materials and lead sessions to educate customers and sales personnel on technical features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within relevant target markets.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic and financial business plans.
  • Experience leading virtual teams within a matrix organization.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% as required.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or SAP.
