Product Manager (Water Solutions)

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; onsite office attendance is required Monday through Wednesday, with remote work available Thursday and Friday. Travel of at least 25% is required as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Define product-line strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and lifecycle plans in a manufacturing environment.
• Act as the voice of the customer by visiting end users and specifiers, collecting market intelligence, and validating user problems.
• Manage product-line growth, profitability, budgets, KPIs, cost targets, and financial business plans.
• Lead New Product Development launch plans, coordinating internal and external resources, marketing content, investments, and sales plans.
• Develop go-to-market, channel-partner, competitive-intelligence, and market-penetration strategies with sales and marketing.
• Build supply-chain and mid-term partnership strategies and deliver product training to customers and sales personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of related product management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic and financial business plans.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix organization, with strong influencing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-channel or management experience and relevant engineering experience.
• Required knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Stage Gate process.
• Previous project management experience.
