Manager, Product Management (Control Electronics)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into product plans, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, P&L, and investment performance.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused control electronics solutions.
• Review business cases, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to improve portfolio performance and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience in drives, controls, and HVAC.
• Experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong record of owning product P&L, driving growth and profitability, and managing multi-product or platform portfolios.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes, with strong technical acumen.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in global product organizations and platform-based product strategies.
• Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscapes.
• Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization.
