Licensing & Contracting Coordinator (Life Insurance)

What you will do

• Coordinate licensing activities and agreements while maintaining accurate licensing records.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external associates, and legal advisors to streamline licensing processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and backlogs, recommend process improvements, and support implementation.
• Conduct random quality reviews of work and calls, where applicable, to ensure policy compliance, quality, and accuracy.
• Resolve complex issues and escalated situations, including calls.
• Prepare recurring productivity, accuracy, and trend reports and take corrective action when needed; lead assigned projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with NIPR and state Department of Insurance websites is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, follow-up, research, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good time management and the ability to work effectively with salespeople and strong personalities.
