Compliance Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters; in-person, on-site role

What you will do

• Audit seller and consigner activity against contractual guidelines, procedures, and SLAs.
• Reconcile information across Auto IMS, RDN, MBSI, and other third-party systems.
• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and compliance risks.
• Work with Sellers to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and maintain documentation.
• Partner with on-site Operations and Technology teams to align data and ensure accurate system transmissions.
• Maintain organized records and communicate findings, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, auditing, reconciliation, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, preferably for data analysis.
• Ability to work with large data sets across multiple platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an in-person, team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities, systems, and requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working with sellers, consigners, or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with SLAs, audits, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
