Sr. Life & Annuity Compliance Analyst - Advertising (Insurance)

Location: Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont; onsite hybrid schedule with four office days per week on Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $70,875–$103,950 USD per year.

What you will do

• Review advertising materials submitted by home office employees and appointed independent-distribution agents.
• Apply life insurance and annuity compliance expertise to resolve advertising materials of varying complexity.
• Assess unusual circumstances, identify causes, and recommend compliant and innovative approaches.
• Complete assigned deliverables within established time standards and follow Advertising Guidance Team processes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, and communicate on sensitive compliance matters.
• Use approved AI tools responsibly while validating accuracy, quality, fairness, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations required.
• At least five years of progressive, relevant experience in compliance, life insurance, and/or annuities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently communicate general compliance topics and interact professionally with employees, leaders, field representatives, regulators, and the public.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with business partners.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 63 or equivalent registration, or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
• Additional compliance-related experience.
• Pursuit of LOMA certifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fixed life insurance and annuity products.
