Sr Licensing Specialist (Insurance)

Base pay range: $18.46–$37.84

What you will do

• Review and process producer and agent licensing applications.
• Maintain producer demographic information, insurance credentials, appointments, and licensing records.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulatory requirements.
• Research and resolve licensing-related inquiries from producers, general agents, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on producer licensing requirements and processes.

Requirements

• Two years of college or four years of business experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance business.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience managing and maintaining insurance agent or broker licenses and appointments.
• Knowledge of NIPR, SBS, and Sircon applications.
• Experience with cloud applications.
