Assistant Project Manager (Power Delivery Construction)

Location: United States; projects support power infrastructure across the U.S.

hirify.global provides power delivery construction and engineering solutions for electric utility infrastructure, including transmission, substations, distribution, and grid hardening.

What you will do

• Support project planning, execution, completion, and timely delivery against quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, track progress, and help resolve roadblocks.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Track subcontractor production, costs, performance, and project controls.
• Update schedules and progress tracking with the scheduling team using Primavera P6.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
