Senior Engineering Technician

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $29–$40 per hour, with a potential bonus target and shift premium depending on the assigned shift.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, tooling, and process issues on the production floor.
• Support engineering testing, checkout activities, prototype builds, equipment installations, and qualifications.
• Perform testing and fault isolation using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies, develop processes, and support new product introductions.
• Collect and analyze process and test data while maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, yield, and quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of technician or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or MES systems.
