Advanced Manufacturing Technician (Biotech)

Salary: $22.00–$30.25 per hour

What you will do

• Fill, bottle, label, and document manufacturing buffers and components.
• Operate, calibrate, and verify semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data; execute ERP transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing issues, perform minor repairs, and support laboratory maintenance.
• Review batch records, assist with equipment qualifications and validations, and support production schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements, participate in cross-functional projects, and train new manufacturing technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience, an associate degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience, or a four-year science degree with no experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, laboratory operations, GMP, ISO quality requirements, safety procedures, and chemical handling.
• Ability to operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and verify manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with data collection, quality documentation, Microsoft Office, manufacturing software, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
