Maintenance Technician -3rd Shift

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 3rd shift, 7:45 PM–6:15 AM, 4 days on / 4 days off

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and documentation for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical machinery, including emergency breakdown repairs.
• Move, install, anchor, and align production equipment.
• Assist with fabricating and constructing equipment components and support structures.
• Maintain spare-parts ihirify.globalory and coordinate materials for maintenance projects.
• Partner with production leaders and supervisors to address equipment concerns, improve operations, and maintain a safe facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience using computers and common software applications.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and use hand tools, torches, drill presses, cut-off saws, and similar equipment.
• Ability to obtain forklift and company vehicle licenses.

Nice to have

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production equipment and machinery.
• Stick and wire-feed welding experience.
