Senior Manufacturing Technician

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; on-site clean-room and manufacturing work.

Pay range: $24.40–$33.55 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare supplies and documentation for antibody and protein bottling.
• Fill, cap, label, and inspect vials using aseptic technique and laminar flow hoods.
• Operate vial torqueing and labeling automation and learn the lyophilization process.
• Complete inventory entries, track supplies, and assist with annual inventory counting.
• Perform pipette calibration, clean laboratory clean rooms, and support new production introductions.
• Work cross-functionally while following safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; or an associate degree in science or engineering plus at least two years of GMP experience; or a high school diploma/GED plus at least six years of GMP experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, vial torqueing and labeling automation, bottling calculations, and product databases.
• Computer proficiency, including Excel, with strong math, problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Ability to gown and work in a clean room, perform extended pipetting, follow written procedures, and maintain high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize multiple assignments, and work longer hours when needed.
• Availability for standard business hours of 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. and a five-week training rotation for each job assignment.
