Workday Payroll Consulting Manager (Workday Payroll)

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 annual base salary; total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Plan, shape, and deliver Workday payroll and enterprise technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with different scales and durations.
• Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Manage project finances, institutional strategic planning, and executive client relationships.
• Mentor and train hirify.global staff across project management and technical disciplines.
• Translate meeting information into clear documentation for participants and project teams.

Requirements

• Workday Payroll certification.
• Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead.
• US Payroll experience is required.
• Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
• Experience with multiple cradle-to-grave implementations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and collaboration skills; willingness to travel when needed.
