Consulting Manager - Workday Financials

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage, develop, train, and mentor a team of consultants.
• Lead Workday Financials engagements and recommend best practices for Workday functionality.
• Manage support requests across multiple clients, coordinating workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Design and demonstrate configuration solutions, composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, custom validations, and condition rules.
• Support data gathering, system testing, UAT, legacy data conversion, and integrations with third-party and custom solutions.
• Build client and vendor relationships, conduct peer reviews, and identify enhancement opportunities across Workday releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management and hands-on delivery of Workday solutions.
• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager with Workday, a Workday partner, or a Workday client.
• 2+ years of project management experience and the ability to support multiple customers concurrently.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems and processes, with advanced report-writing and configuration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• A degree or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Adaptive Insights experience.
• Current or previous Workday Certification, including Workday PRO.
