Senior Consultant - Workday HCM

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions.
• Gather client requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions based on Workday best practices.
• Support discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities across the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, configuration dependencies, and integration points.
• Advise clients on usability, scalability, compliance, Workday releases, and potential enhancements.
• Create configuration documentation and training materials, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and project teams in a project environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent.
