What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end R&D workflows and capabilities across people, processes, and technology.
• Apply service design and systems thinking to create user-centered, scalable solutions.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artifacts based on user research, feedback, and iteration.
• Lead, coordinate, or support projects and programs from concept through implementation using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and connect business, digital, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive change management, communication, storytelling, rollout, and adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in service or solution design, program management, or transformation roles.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across people, process, and technology.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Solid understanding of service design or design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional program and project management frameworks, plus change management and stakeholder engagement.
