Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own and manage project plans across product development and production through project closure.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate resources, plants, and stakeholders.
• Control budgets, development and tooling costs, investments, forecasts, profitability, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Align technical and process decisions with quality, cost, and profitability targets.
• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, program reviews, gate reviews, governance, and risk-management actions.

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering or Project Management; MSc is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive industry, including customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of program-management disciplines, processes, and automotive core tools including APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA.
• Experience leading, coaching, and holding cross-functional teams accountable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, organizational, and data-management skills.
• Professional proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
