D&I Program Manager, Professional Services

Location: Remote from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the UK or Slovenia. If located near a hirify.global office, work from that office 3 days per week.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a constellation of imaging satellites and provides cloud-based geospatial data and platform solutions for commercial, environmental, humanitarian, government, defense, and intelligence customers.

What you will do

• Drive complex projects that scale governmental customer adoption of the hirify.global Platform and data products.
• Lead technical proposal development for defense and intelligence customers, gathering inputs and aligning solutions with mission needs.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Professional Services Engineering, PreSales, Product Management, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Design and improve operational processes, workflows, delivery methods, and project performance measurement.
• Provide project updates and manage contracts, deliverables, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including proposal development for government or defense-sector customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience preparing and contributing to technical proposals and working with the Defense and Intelligence community.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in technical or product development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to access U.S. and German/EU export-controlled information without additional export licensing.

Nice to have

• Experience developing proposals for federal customers.
• Knowledge of platform development, integrations, or geospatial data-as-a-service offerings.
• Experience with remote sensing, Earth observation data, or imaging technologies.
• Experience improving existing programs, developing new initiatives, or working with globally distributed teams.
