What you will do

• Analyze organizational, technical, and behavioral capacities, including process orientation and architectural capabilities.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders across business and IT.
• Develop models of organizational structures, technological architectures, leadership behaviors, value streams, and capabilities.
• Support technology and engineering aspects of projects and teams through planning, improvement meetings, demos, and evaluations.
• For principal-level work, analyze business models, operating models, processes, and interdependencies across the organization.
• Define and present strategic and tactical digital transformation plans to directors, board members, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on IT engineering experience.
• Experience in architecture-driven transformations and translating strategy into execution.
• Knowledge of organizational science, management, technologies, frameworks, best practices, and working methods.
• Ability to facilitate customer-facing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ability to align business and IT teams and work with stakeholders from team leads to board members.
• Curiosity about emerging digital developments and comfort working with complex adaptive sociotechnical systems.
