What you will do

• Calculate, administer, and verify sales commissions according to incentive plans and company policies.
• Collect, organize, validate, and import commission and client data from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate records of commission transactions and develop an understanding of commission plans across assigned business units.
• Analyze and audit commission and sales reports from insurance carriers to confirm accuracy and eligibility.
• Manage monthly carrier commission payments and interpret carrier rules and reporting requirements for agents.
• Identify process improvements and refine reporting and data structures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Ability to prioritize duties, identify process improvements, and apply sound business judgment.
• Business administration or accounting degree, or equivalent experience, is helpful.
• Experience calculating commissions or performing bookkeeping is preferred.
