Commercial HVAC Service Technician (HVAC)

Location: Fremont, CA, US; in person

Salary: $40–$65 per hour

Commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning service company with more than 30 years of combined industry experience.

What you will do

• Analyze, plan, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Plan maintenance shutdowns and repair chilled-water, heating-water, and condensate pumps.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, modify, test, and adjust HVAC equipment and components.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders and use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment.
• Order and maintain repair parts and manage relationships with major vendors.
• Complete detailed service work orders, maintain maintenance records, and follow safety, driving, timesheet, and customer-service procedures.

Requirements

• EPA certification required.
• At least 3 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clear DMV driving record.
• Reliable, efficient, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to comply with city, state, federal, and EPA regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
