HVAC Field Service Technician (HVAC)

Location: Fargo, North Dakota; field-based work conducted on-site at customer locations

Salary: $16.64–$49.92 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction on assigned projects.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business needs require.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate records for company assets and equipment conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Technical school or formal HVAC training is preferred.
