Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

  • Prepare project plans and drive new product introduction programs from conception and planning through implementation.
  • Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate divisional resources to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Coordinate multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
  • Define project objectives, provide status updates, support release and deployment, and resolve project complications.

Requirements

  • Deep or broad expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
  • Experience interpreting business challenges and recommending practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in Austin, Texas, or Santa Clara, California.
