Principal Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $142,580–$213,600 per annum, plus bonus and equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-visibility, multidisciplinary projects, managing scope, budget, schedules, priorities, risks, and roadblocks.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations, project dashboards, status updates, and business reviews for C-level leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Build collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries and act as a primary contact for executive sponsors, clients, and partners.
• Mentor and coach project team members while fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Optimize project management methodologies and tools, scaling best practices across the organization.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and external partners.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, process improvement, change management, adaptability, and resilience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
