Staff NPI Program Manager - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite at the Secaucus, NJ headquarters office, United States

Salary: $87,375–$128,150 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead operational activities for new product introduction programs, from launch planning through execution and production ramp-up.
• Establish program plans, schedules, mitigations, and readiness milestones with manufacturing, product development, supply chain, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Own customer communications regarding NPI readiness, product schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
• Plan and manage material readiness for prototype builds, including incoming-material quality validation and engineering review.
• Track build execution, resolve issues to closure, manage quotations and purchase orders, and prepare production teams for day-to-day customer delivery.
• Monitor NPI inventory, analyze business performance and processes, and drive corrective actions and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology management, business, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field with 5 years of experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Project planning, organization, accountability, customer relationship management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Advanced analytical thinking, technical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with ERP and PLM technologies, mature bills of material, and associated inventory levels and usage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with JIRA or Visio and with resolving complex process, scope, and workflow issues.
