Supply Chain Program Manager

Location: Full-time onsite in San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston; work-from-home is available on bi-weekly Fridays. Exceptions may be considered for exceptional candidates outside these hubs. International travel to China and Mexico may be required.

Base salary: $120,000–$200,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own assigned programs end to end from design freeze through materials procurement, production, quality release, and shipment.
• Build and maintain Gantt-based master schedules covering engineering, procurement, production, quality, shipping, and customer milestones.
• Run program stand-ups, cross-functional reviews, and executive status reporting using a single source of truth.
• Coordinate materials, procurement, engineering changes, production, quality, logistics, suppliers, and contract manufacturers around the critical path.
• Manage risks, quantify schedule and cost exposure, resolve resource conflicts, and drive mitigation plans.
• Own customer delivery timelines and communicate accurate status, trade-offs, and alternatives to customers and executives.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment, ideally with hardware NPI or high-mix, complex production environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving, high-consequence settings.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, engineering change processes, procurement lead times, and production scheduling.
• Experience building and managing master schedules with MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent Gantt tools.
• Technical fluency in reading drawings and discussing engineering, quality, and manufacturing topics.
• Strong negotiation, ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through without formal authority.
