Senior Staff Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; onsite role with no remote work available

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through new product introduction releases for digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, power modules, DC/DC regulators, and MOSFETs.
• Manage program planning, schedules, budgets, execution, ramp readiness, and safe-launch activities from concept through market launch.
• Coordinate capacity-expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites and align Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
• Conduct formal project gate reviews and provide leadership updates covering milestones, risks, qualification plans, sample delivery, and release status.
• Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, material logistics, reliability testing, and product qualification activities.
• Drive risk mitigation, process standardization, scalability, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a PhD is preferred.
• At least 12 years of semiconductor industry experience and 6 years of NPI Program Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of the full semiconductor product lifecycle, manufacturing flows, package architectures, and package types.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern project management tools, with the ability to adopt new systems and processes quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Module, Controller, and Smart Power Stage programs.
• Prior experience as a process or integration engineer at a fab or assembly site.
• Foundational program or project management training or certification.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering.
