Materials Program Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, US, Arizona, Phoenix; on-site presence at the assigned hirify.global site is required as part of the hybrid model.

What you will do

• Translate manufacturing, market, and business requirements into strategies for bills of materials risk mitigation, inventory optimization, supply chain efficiency, and total cost control.
• Coordinate materials acquisition for New Product Introduction programs and readiness for transition to High-Volume Manufacturing.
• Manage supplier performance, including on-time delivery, cycle time, material escalations, cost optimization, Engineering Change Order closure, site startups, and liability settlements.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to define demand, select suppliers and components, and drive planning and procurement.
• Monitor materials availability, cost, quality, program indicators, and production requirements while developing contingency and gap-closure plans.
• Analyze data and improve systems and tools to create forward-looking supply chain solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or BS degree in supply chain, business, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, or 6 years of equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with business hirify.globalligence tools, data modeling, and data transformation.
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex supplier relationships and driving operational strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for effective collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
