What you will do

• Translate the enterprise AI direction and emerging capabilities into a prioritized roadmap based on user needs and measurable business value.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop the founding AI team, establishing roles, standards, and operating practices.
• Steward the enterprise AI program across adoption, cost, safety, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide delivery of practical AI solutions that address meaningful operational problems.
• Develop reusable patterns, guardrails, education, and community programs that support safe and confident AI adoption.
• Partner with data, platform, security, architecture, and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions grounded in trusted information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, solutions engineering, applied AI, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years leading technical teams with accountability for hiring, coaching, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience building and governing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure and the Copilot ecosystem or similar technologies.
• Sound judgment regarding solution evaluation and the safe handling of sensitive data.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
