Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Office-based at the Bellevue, Washington office; US citizenship required

Salary: $160,540–$200,675 USD annually, plus equity and subsidized benefits

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, hire, and onboard a team of software engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Drive delivery of software products on time and within budget.
• Implement cloud engineering best practices, including infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, capacity, and costs, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product management, design, and QA while ensuring security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar software engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software engineering and cloud computing.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration frameworks.
