What you will do

• Partner with strategic clients to identify practical AI and data opportunities and translate business challenges into achievable technical approaches.
• Lead generative AI projects from prototyping through production, making architecture and solution-design decisions.
• Use LLMs, data science, object-oriented programming, Databricks, Python, R, and SQL to build data pipelines, engineer features, and deploy models.
• Manage and mentor data scientists, AI engineers, and software engineers while setting technical and communication standards.
• Coordinate AI delivery with analytics, strategy, creative, engineering, delivery, and operations teams.
• Track emerging AI models, platforms, tools, and use cases to strengthen client solutions and the AI practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in AI, data science, or ML engineering, including at least 2 years managing technical teams.
• Experience taking AI projects from conception through production, including architecture, model deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, object-oriented programming, Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks, including MLflow, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, or Databricks-native model serving.
• Working knowledge of MLOps, cloud-based ML platforms, and presenting complex technical work to non-technical clients and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation in production or client settings.
• Experience in digital services, consulting, agency, integrated marketing, or marketing services environments.
